We are a free Charleston based program that connects trained, background-checked volunteers with community members—often older adults—who are looking for companionship and gentle physical activity, to go on walks. Every participant is assessed by a licensed physical therapist and provided with a personalized walking plan, creating a safe and supportive framework for meaningful connection.
